Split a song and rebuild it
Got a demo, a rehearsal or a track you produced? Split & rebuild separates it, finds its tempo, key and sections, and rebuilds the parts as notes you can change.
The studio needs a computer or an iPad. On a phone, Vocals is the app without the studio.

Vocals asks you to confirm the recording is yours, or that you may use it.

Vocals, drums, bass and the rest are separated on your computer, and the tempo, key and sections are found. Nothing is uploaded.

Drums, bass and the rest come back as MIDI on Vocals instruments, the vocal as audio, with the stems and the original underneath, muted.

Open any part in the piano roll and change it: it is your song now.
Pro tips
- Full AI songs opened in the studio are split into their instruments the same way.
- It won’t sound exactly like the original: it is a new production of the same song, one you can change note by note.
