What we collect, and why
Your account (name, email, password hash) to sign you in. Your songs and recordings to keep them for you. Payments: Stripe processes your card; we never see or store card numbers, only what you bought, when and what you were charged. What you agreed to at checkout, word for word, as proof of the terms you accepted. Where you came from (an ad, a link) to know which channels work. How the app is used (which features, not the content of your songs), with analytics cookies only if you accept them.
Your public profile and published songs
When you publish a song, it is shown with your public profile: the name and handle you choose (never your email address) and an optional short bio. Your profile is public unless you turn it off in Settings, and it only has a page once you have published a song. Published songs and their numbers of plays, likes and remixes are public; who liked a song is not shown. A song you publish as a video makes that video public too.
Unpublishing a song removes its page and its files, except copies other people made with Remix before you unpublished it. Deleting your account removes your profile and your published songs. Plays are counted once a day per listener from a hashed address, which we keep for a month.
Who processes it for us
Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), PostHog (analytics, in the EU), OpenRouter and the AI models it routes to (only for requests you make to the AI).
How long we keep it
Your account and songs: until you delete your account (Account menu → Delete account), which removes them. Payment records: as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to its use, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to hello@koprod.co.
